Located in Berck, our establishment offers quality dining in its restaurant, within a demanding entertainment and leisure environment focused on customer satisfaction.

Profile

Restaurant Training (CAP / BEP / Bac Pro)
Successful experience as a server, in a high-end brasserie or gourmet restaurant
Excellent command of service techniques
Attention to detail, rigor, and teamwork
Good stress resistance and ability to work irregular hours
Neat presentation required

Professional skills

Welcome the client and seat them
Front-of-house service techniques
Ensure client discretion and comfort during service
Liaise between the kitchen and the dining room
Ensure clear and effective communication with the team
Advise clients on food and wine pairings
Control the quality of the dishes before service
Enforce Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Health, and Environment (QHSE) rules
Manage inventory
Manage a cash register
Maintain a high level of customer service
Respect the establishment's service standards
Set up the dining room and the office.
