Profile

  • Training in restaurant services (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, or equivalent).
  • Successful experience as a waiter/waitress, bartender, or in a high-end restaurant establishment.
  • Excellent command of service techniques.
  • Attention to detail, rigor, and team spirit.
  • Good stress resistance and ability to work flexible hours.
  • Meticulous presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Sense of service and self-control.

Professional skills

  • Welcome and seat customers.
  • Serve dishes at the table.
  • Take orders and enter them into a computer tool.
  • Prepare hot and cold drinks.
  • Set up the dining room and the office.
  • Advise clients according to their tastes and expectations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Health, and Environment (QHSE) rules.
  • Receive and inspect deliveries.
